As an energetic principle, the feminine is flowing, intuitive, sensitive, and non-bullshitting. Thus, leading from the feminine is different from leading from the masculine (which is more logical and linear).

This means that the curriculum of this event might be subject to change depending on the group’s needs. I’ll read the group’s energy and decide on the teachings I’ll conduct based on the group dynamic. I will not force anything; if something feels off, I’ll discuss that with the group.

Further, the transmission of the feminine is not the same as the transmission of the masculine. Therefore, expect that the major learnings from this event might not happen at the actual event, but afterwards when the wisdom starts to land in your body.

As a participant in our events, you’re responsible for:

Being aware that the others in the group (including the facilitator), can instill emotions and processes within you. See that as an opportunity to grow and understand yourself better. Self-reflection is an essential tool when something arises.

Owning your experience and feelings during the program. If something comes up, communicate with the person/s concerned (don’t talk behind anyone’s back). Further, If you miss any course content, speak to the facilitator or the assistants as soon as possible.

Participating to grow and develop. The more open and active you can be during the program – the greater the opportunity you have to grow.

Sharing your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, as well as supporting and treating others with respect and compassion.

Know that the facilitator’s job is to make you grow. Thus, you might be challenged if that’s perceived as needed for your development. This can make you feel triggered, angry, and/or upset. However, this is done from a place of love, and Susanna’s focus is to guide and coach you to deeper self-insight in a safe and secure environment.

If something comes up during the training that you feel you need to process more deeply and seek therapy for, it is something you have to take responsibility for yourself.
