  • We suggest you do a dearmouring training first, as that is the most potent and complementary tool for this practice.

    During a dearmouring training, you'll get a profound and embodied experience about yourself, humans, and emotions. As well as great hands-on practice in space holding, which is crucial when working in this field.

  • We trust that you have chosen to participate in this training from a place of integrity. Thus, once you have committed to and paid for the training, there is no refund.

    If you get very ill, we'll postpone your participation for an upcoming training.

  • Breathwork is powerful and can cause a miscarriage. Thus, you should not take a session/join the training during the first 12 weeks of your pregnancy.

    Nevertheless, breathwork is crucial for a smooth birth. So, after 12 weeks of pregnancy, you can join. Then it is simply supportive for you. However, it would be best if you do the breath slower.

  • Go to inbox. You will receive a welcome mail, and you need to verify your account to the membership site.

  • If you're already working with people, you can start to include breathwork in your sessions halfway through the training.

    Depending on your pricing, skills, and size of groups, you should get a full return of investment after 10-15 sessions or 1-5 workshops.

    If you are new to this, you should do practice sessions first, followed by a smaller amount as an energy exchange. As soon as you have done 20 sessions, you can start to charge more. Then you have your money back + a tool to use for life!

  • Weekly breathing session, bi-weekly training sessions, 26 pre-recorded bite-size videos, hands on guidance for clients, intake forms, 10 playlists, manual, community, marketing material, certification upon completion, and spontaneous bonuses along the way.

  • It depends on the program you'll join:

    • If you do the live training, it's an 12-week intense process with 1 x weekly live guided breathing session, and bi-weekly training calls.

    • If you take the self-study program, you do it at your own tempo.
